Salmon Casserole

Ingredients

4 pieces of salmon
2 cups of rice
1 bag of broccoli
1 cup of mayonnaise
2 tbsp of siracha
1 tbsp of lemon juice
1 tbsp of honey
1 tsp of salt and pepper
2 tbsp onion and garlic powder
1 tbsp of chili and paprika powder

Directions

  1. Cook the salmon: for 7 minutes, skin on the pan, flip the salmon and pull off the skin. Break the salmon up in the pan and cook until golden.
  2. Cook the rice: with two and a half cups of water, at the same time the salmon is cooking.
  3. Cook the broccoli: in a medium size pan, over medium heat, make broccoli until desired color.
  4. Make the sauce: add mayonnaise, siracha, lemon juice, honey, and seasonings to a small bowl and mix.
  5. Add the rice: and the broccoli to the casserole dish and mix a little under half the sauce into the rice.
  6. Add the salmon: to the rest of the sauce and mix and put over the rice in the casserole dish.
  7. Put the casserole: into the oven for 10 minutes on 400 degrees.
  8. Serve: plate the salmon casserole and add teriyaki sauce and kewpie if desired!
