BBQ Casserole

Ingredients

4 large potatoes
1 Ibs of ground beef
a small onion
1 cup of barbecue sauce
1/2 cup of cheddar cheese
1 tsp of salt and pepper
1 tbsp onion and garlic powder
1 tbsp of chili and paprika powder

Directions

  1. Preheat oven: to 425 degrees. Cut the potatoes in small square pieces and season. Cut the small onion, if desired, and mix into the casserole with the potatoes. Place into a casserole dish and put in oven for 25 minutes.
  2. Cook the ground beef: heat a large skillet over medium heat add ground beef to the pan and cook until no pink, or golden brown.
  3. Once ground beef: is cooked, add in the barbecue sauce and set aside.
  4. Take the potatoes: out of the oven and flip the potatoes. Stick back in the oven for another 20 minutes.
  5. After the potatoes: are cooked, take out and put the ground beef on top, along with the cheese and stick in the oven for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  6. Serve: take the casserole out and enjoy!

Perfect for leftovers and simple for kids to enjoy!
