Chicken Caesar Pasta

Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 25 minutes
Serving size: 6

Ingredients

1 lbs of chicken
1 Ibs noodles
1 package of bacon
head of lettuce
an onion
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt and pepper
1 tbsp garlic and onion powder

Caesar dressing

1 cup of mayonnaise
1/2 cup of parmesan
2-3 gloves of garlic
3 tbsp of lemon juice
2 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tsp of worcestershire
4 tbsp of oil
salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cut the chicken: into small pieces, season and put in large skillet over medium heat- high heat and cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Cook the noodles: use your favorite noodles, cook based on back of package.
  3. Cook the bacon: add bacon to a large skillet over medium heat and let cook on both sides for 6 minutes.
  4. Cut the vegetables: chop up the lettuce and onions and set aside.
  5. Make the sauce: mix together mayonnaise, parmesan, garlic, lemon juice, dijon mustard, worcestershire, olive oil, salt and pepper into a bowl and set aside.
  6. Serve: add the chicken, bacon, and noodles to the lettuce and onions and add the sauce on top. Mix and serve!

Note:

For storing leftovers, best to leave lettuce, onion, and bacon in a container and chicken and pasta in another container.
