Alfredo Pork Chops

Ingredients

4 pork chops
1 Ibs noodles
bag of broccoli
half a white onion
2 cups of heavy cream
1/2 cup of parmesan
1 tsp salt and pepper
2 tbsp garlic and onion powder

Directions

  1. Season the pork chops: generously season with your favorite seasonings.
  2. Sear the pork chops: heat a large skillet over medium- high heat with a little oil. Add the pork chops and sear for 5 minutes on each side until golden, remove the pork chops and set aside.
  3. Cook the pasta: while the pork chops are cooking, prepare a one pound bag of desired noodles according to the package, drain and set aside.
  4. Cook the broccoli: heat a medium skillet over medium – high heat with a little oil until lightly browned. Season to taste.
  5. Make the alfredo sauce: using same pan as pork chops, add in half a white onion and caramelized then set aside and add in heavy cream, parmesan, and seasonings. Stir consistently until creamy and smooth.
  6. Add the noodles: stir the cooked noodles directly into the alfredo sauce and toss until they are completely coated.
  7. Serve: Plate the creamy alfredo noodles with the roasted broccoli and place the seared pork chop on top. Spoon some of the alfredo on top and add onions.
